Heart Awareness - Action Sheet
Today, decide to see the world with your heart and not your head. To imagine what that’s like, think about how a mother feels toward her child. No matter how many ways the child may decide to be bad, its mother doesn’t chage her love. She sees her child with heart awareness. You can do that for anyone you pick. Overlook their faults for just ten minutes, seeing them as totally good.
Your head isn’t shy about ruling your hear. It will remind you everyday why you should look down on person A and resent person B and never forgive person C. It will show you faults and imperfections everywhere you look. The heart doesn’t do that. It asks one simple question: Am I feeling love? If the answer is yes, then you have true heart awareness. If the answer is no, you must get back to heart awareness. Most of spiritual life comes down to letting love have its rightful place at the center of life.

Fire In The Heart
Look at your day yesterday, and see where you may have looked down on someone. Where you may have had resentment for someone. And how you may have not forgiven someone.
And look to tomorrow as an opportunity to letting love have it’s rightful place at the center of life. When you feel your head leading you to imperfections and faults, stop.
Find the beauty in that person, and cherish it by holding it in your heart.
