Andres Botrán is the current Minister of Food Security of Guatemala, who has brought international attention to the issue of hunger in Latin America. An entrepreneur associated with the development of the worldwide sugar industry and principal of Guatemala’s major industries in the sector. He is also involved with major financial undertakings of that country. He holds a Degree in industrial engineering from Boston University.
