Global Field of PEACE

A little over a year ago, a song for peace came to me in a dream and from that dream To Be One song was born. The energy of this song drew together amazing people with immense passion for creating ONEness. Through this passion the performance “ONE The Event” was born.

The event was about coming together as ONE and to celebrate Peace and Unconditional love – a new humanity on earth. The message is not limited to any one medium and together we explore new perspectives through song, sound & energy healers, poets, music, meditation, art, photography, film and video.

Every time we gather, it’s a step to enlightenment and growth. Each time we find new ways to express and illustrate the message.

Our first ONE The Event “It All Starts with a Dream" was held in Port Hope, Ontario Canada, February 8th, 2008 where we talked about the Alliance for a New Humanity with our audience, showed ONE: The Movie by Ward and Dianne Powers (Deepak Chopra is also in this), Mr. Rob Acheson spoke on behalf of the Canadian Department of Peace Initiative and we sang our Song for Peace "To BE ONE".

Celia Fenn, of Starchild Global, South Africa heard our song for peace and shared it on her global website (a free mp3 is available on our website www.tobeone.ca). She received an overwhelming response from people all over the world who, in hearing the song were motivated to share their feelings towards peace saying that the time is now and people are ready.

Recognizing the passion of the responses, Celia created the "To BE ONE" Global Field of Peace Tour. In 2008, she traveled to South America, U.K., Canada, Germany, Spain, France and Portugal sharing the song for peace, doing workshops and speaking to audiences to help raise the consciousness of Peace and Oneness.

We organized the eastern Canadian portion of the “To BE ONE” Global Field of Peace Tour for the week of Aug.23 - 27th, 2008. Music, sound journey’s, poetry, Chant and powerful video: One: The Movie, Be the Change – Deepak Chopra, and Theresa Dunn shared the Canadian Department of Peace Initiative vision.

During the show Celia guided the audience in a heart meditation, drawing attention to peace for our children and their future. She also shared images of the tour in South America and her Children of Africa project.

ONE the Event is more than the on-stage performances. It’s about community and the audience is an equal part of the show’s energy and vibration through interaction.

Many people at the concert became part of the week long activities which included a Peace Pole Ceremony, workshops and a Sacred Water Ceremony at Niagara Falls honoring the sacredness of water and sustainability on our Earth.

We hope to continue to hold these grass roots concerts and are always looking for people to help support us in awakening people one by one to the message:

" That they do have the power to shift our world to peace. Peace is not complicated. Peace is actually very simple - it IS our natural state of being. “
“All it takes is for each and every citizen of planet Earth to make their pledge to BE PEACE and not participate in anything that is contrary to peace. When that happens peace will be with us ... and we WILL be ONE."
