Healthy skin is an essential part of overall beauty, so women use various skin care products to make their skin beautiful. However, the food we consume can influence our skin in a positive or a negative way. If you want to maintain your skin healthy and beautiful, consider adding the following foods in your daily menu.

Also, green tea nourishes the skin with its vitamins, magnesium, zinc and calcium, and is able to reactivate dying skin cells.

Berries produce collagen – a substance that maintains the skin supple, soft and healthy. Blueberries, raspberries and blackberries contain large amounts of vitamin C, riboflavin and fibers, and blueberries are rich in antioxidants.
Carrots stimulate the regeneration of skin cells because they stimulate the production of vitamin A in the body. The deficiency of vitamin A results in dry skin. Also, carrots are rich in vitamin C which is known to kill the free radicals responsible for ageing. Carrots are also famous as natural sunscreen and are especially effect for people with fair skin.
